Meet The Staff

Jennifer Welteroth -
Director Grizzle Road

Angie Carlisle -
Director Prominence Ct

Angie started with the White Oak family in 2007. Before moving into the Assistant Director position, she was the centers bus driver and sub for all classes. Prior to White Oak, Angie started her career in childcare as an in-home nanny to two young children for 6 years. Angie has two children of her own and has completed an Associates degree in Business Administration from Gainesville State University. In 2017, Angie accepted the role as Director at our Prominence Court location after obtaining her Director's Certificate from DECAL. The greatest joy Angie receives from White Oak is watching the children grow through interaction with all of the staff and families.

Kim Jackson -
Asst Director Grizzle Rd

Kim started with the White Oak family in 2004 at our Cumming location at the end of high school. While working there, she quickly realized the love she had for working with young children and moved into a lead teacher position in the 4 year old class. In 2008 she moved to the Dawsonville location as a toddler room teacher. Since then she has gained experience in each of our classrooms. With that experience and knowledge, Kim most recently accepted the role as Assistant Director of our Grizzle Road location. Kim is happily married with three children. The greatest joy Kim gets at White Oak is having the opportunity to watch children grow and learn in a fun and stimulating environment.

Jessica Kidd -
Asst Director Prominence Ct

Jessica started working in childcare in 2005 at North Georgia Kids Academy as an Infant room teacher. She spent two years with us, before relocating to Hall County. For the next 6 years, she continued to work with children of all ages, eventually moving into a management role as Assistant Director for Discovery Point. Jessica, her husband and 2 children were able to move back to Dawson County in 2014 and joined the White Oak family in 2017 as Assistant Director at our Prominence Court location. The greatest joy Jessica gets at White Oak is being able to watch the children in her community grow in a safe and fun environment.
